I would suggest that if we can make these repairs without impacting the actual roof (i.e. replace the truss board, facia boards, flashing, etc. without impacting the roof surface) then it will be between $533 - $814 to repair for the two areas mentioned. If we getting into the roof repairs then it becomes a bit more difficult and likely more costly. It is something we really need to get into and determine how bad the damage is before we will truly know. You mentioned cutting off the truss tails so the don't wick water. Assuming it is not that bad, we can patch in the concrete and install a membrane seal system pretty easily. This part can be done for between $463 - $572 in most cases. That would get the shower ready for tile or whatever finish floor you intend to install. Another consideration at this point would be a heated floor. If you plan to put tile back in, it would be a great time to also install a simply heat system. You can get a heating unit for about $350 or so and install is prior to the tile being set in place.
