2010 Washington State Small Business Awards

Seattle, WA - The U.S. Small Business Administration recently announced the 2010 Washington State Small Business Awards in which HomeTask.com and Founder/CEO Jerrod Sessler were awarded the Veteran Small Business Champion Award. Honorees were chosen based on staying power, business growth, increase in employees, response to adversity, innovation, leadership, contributions to the small business community, and evidence of community-oriented projects. An awards ceremony will be held April 8 at McCaw Hall in Seattle Center. SBA Seattle District Director Nancy Porzio shared a few words, “Our winners remind us that the entrepreneurial spirit is alive and well in Washington State, and we look forward to honoring their success in Seattle in April”.
