Response: Remi-d Electric you are terible sub contractor company .You say I did a bad job but the paper the owner filled out say other wise and I have beutiful pictures to show.I think you didn't want to pay us and you wrote this because I was going to take you to court and then you payed us so please stay in your line of work (electric) and not sub contracting thanks

- The handyman we were assigned was a nice person however he seemed to have very basic experience with electrical work and as such his attempts to change out the plugs in our kitchen kept shutting off our circuit breakers to the entire apartment. It happened 3 times and required me to get a strata council person to give us access to the building electrical room to kick back the big circuit breaker. During the 2 hours, he could not figure out why. He could not do any more and had to call in a colleague to assist. But his colleague was only available the next day. Our handyman apologized for the inconvenience. The colleague he brought in the next day had the knowledge and experience and got the job done in a timely manner. While I was disappointed that the person we were initially assigned could not figure out the issue in the time he was here (I actually figured out the problem myself after he left by going online and looking up reasons for the cause which concerned me because I have no electrical training at all so what was he doing if he couldn't figure it out himself?) he at least recognized that he could not do the basic electrical work he was hired to do and called someone from the group with more experience to assist him with it. The timing did pose an inconvenience to us but since he had already taken the wires out we had no choice but to wait till the job was completed correctly because we could not use any plugs in the kitchen. I would like to thank the other handyman who came in to assist because he was also very nice and did the work without issue and completed it in what I consider to be a timely manner.
Response: Sorry you are unhappy but I changed most of the electric switchs befor I ran in to problems because your plugs in your kitchen where wired wrong to begin with so we had to find the problem then fix it .I also resilicond your shower tub and told you your grout was very low and you got mad I hope you fix it or you will have water problems its my job to point out thing that need tlc .sorry you feel it's my fault some how like I did it or something but we can't please every one but I'll sure try
