- Removale of cabinets went okay. Closet unit they said was missing scew to a drawer & door knob to clost door, both were in box in plastic. when I went to recycle cardboard. So I pulled one of my girls off a Vancouver job to finish it.
Drywall replacement was not well done, Outlets were cut too large @ bottom & hole for screw covered @ top. Mentioned this day later, for replacement of smaller side wall pieces. Not fixed & when side pieces were removed , they were replaced but not with same size piece. Only cut piece to a stud & was going to fill the width of the stud with mud. Removed old drywall that covered the stud so why piece was not just cut , screws removed & same size replaced I have no idea. Never seen that before.
When they were looking on panel box for breaker to kitchen, someone shut off freezer downstairs which my Client discovered 2 days later. Normally I & other trades shut off but turn back on if not the right one.
Drywall not their thing so will not hire for that & double check fusebox.
